I’m a Bachelor of Economics graduate with 10 years of banking experience with proven track record in customer facing and product environments. My passion for solving complex business problems has led me to hold various roles across multiple domains including strategy development, client experience, operations and risk management, product development, business solution development, business analysis, business process management, project management and continuous improvement. My expertise includes building high performing teams and cultivating good working relationships with stakeholders at different levels of an organization. This enables me to elicit strategic objectives, business/operational needs and regulatory needs and translate these into enhanced target operating models, service models, customer value propositions and business solutions that are supported by technology. My primary goal is to add value to any business unit that I am part of, by gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business, correct problem identification to identify gaps and translating these into tailored, creative solutions/recommendations which are aimed at meeting key business KPIs such as growing revenue, improving client/ employee experience, decreasing cost or operational inefficiencies, and achieving shared value. I’ve successfully delivered projects within Retail Banking, Private Banking, and Insurance industries.
