As a marketing graduate from Seton Hall University, I have a passion for sustainable luxury fashion and clean beauty. These values drive my work and my goals and inspire me to learn new skills, explore new opportunities, and contribute to the success of my team and organization.I am a CMI Analyst for the Hair Care Team at L'Oréal. I assist the CMI Director and VP in identifying and tracking new product launches, competitive activity, and consumer behavior shifts in the hair care market. I leverage various internal and external tools to coordinate in-person events, conduct web listening initiatives, compile market reports, and manage complex data files. In addition, I am proficient in social media content creation, communication, and marketing, as well as Bengali, English, and Hindi languages. I have also gained valuable experience and certifications in quality control, after-sales, fashion styling, research, and marketing in various industries working for Chanel, Carlton Jones Collection, Atlanta First Agency, J Wolves Agency, Julia Casella Consulting, Love Stories TV, Seton Hall University, and Swarovski.
