About Ruaida Farhat

As a human resources and administration officer at the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), I contributed to the efficient and effective delivery of support services to the humanitarian programs in Libya. I ensured adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks, and guidelines, and prepared and developed status reports as required by management. I also implemented general office administration management and policies, and supervised the cleaning staff. With over five years of experience in the HR and admin field, I have developed excellent skills in office administration, communication, procurement, and information management. I have worked with reputable organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Danish Refugee Council (DRC), where I supported the WHO Representative and the DRC Country Director in their daily tasks and correspondence. I have also obtained certifications in basic first aid, DRC dynamic ERP system, and preventing harassment in the workplace. I am passionate about creating a positive and productive workplace culture, and I am always eager to learn new skills and tools.
