Over seven (07) years of progressive experience including 01 years in catering and restaurants (UAE), with a bachelor of science in Biotechnology. Skilled in quality assurance, food safety, implementation of hazard analysis & critical control points (HACCP), validation and shelf life of food products, verification of food safety and quality systems, auditing, business process improvements, leadership, supplier site visit audit, training on basic food handling and storage, personal hygiene and food microbiology.
