I am an HR Manager and Coach. After 20 years of experience managing human resources operations, I have acquired a clear vision of how organisations and its managers strive to achieve goals and why they fail. I am a keen advocate of developing company culture and utilising its power to transform the workforce, which is the key to success in the current business environment where companies needs to be agile to react to continuous changes. It is essential to involve employees to increase organisational commitment, strengthen partner relationships and, with a clear strategic vision, implement the required processes for talent development while ensuring alignment with—and achievement of—management goals and objectives. Throughout my career, I have managed different areas, such as talent selection and development, Health and Safety, Company organisation, sales and operations. I've worked in different sectors such as Banking, Construction and Retail. The focal point of my experience lies on successfully managing HR process improvements to optimize organizational performance and improve employee relations while providing ongoing appraisal and feedback to senior management teams. And of course, ensuring compliance with policies and legal procedures. Also, establishing solid and trusting relationships through exceptional communication skills; utilising superior organisational, interpersonal, and presentation skills to propel programs and teams to peak performance. Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity -VUCA, define the current environment, which requires organisations and companies to embrace a strong ability to change.
