Electronic Engineer with a Master Degree in “Instrumentation & Automation” and Master Degree in “Public and Professional Management Specialist” with more than 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry as specialist in Instrumentation, Control, Safety, Telecommunication and Security Systems, covering mainly Engineering (Basic/FEED/Detailed), Construction, Commissioning, Start-Up, Operation and Maintenance tasks. Knowledge of international standards and procedures such as IEC, ISA, API, ANSI, NFPA, NEC, EN, ATEX, ISO, etc. Also, knowledge of Spanish (native), English and Italian languages. Main Experience associated mainly to “Instrumentation & Automation” for: • Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas Facilities.(Gas, Oil, LNG, etc.) • Conceptual, Basic, FEED and Detail Engineering tasks of Oil & Gas Projects. • Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up of Oil & Gas Facilities. • Engineering, Maintenance and Operation tasks of Oil & Gas Facilities. • Control and Safety Systems, as such ICSS, DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC, RTU, FACP, HIPPS, WHCP, networks. • Instrumentation, Valves, Analyzers, Chromatograph. • Telecommunication Systems, such as Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Radio Link Systems and Telephone System. • Security Systems, such as Circuit Closed Television System (CCTV), Access Control System (ACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Public Address & General Alarm (PAGA) • Electrical Network Control System (ENCS) • Revision of SIL Selection, HAZOP, etc. • Control Systems (including MMS) for Gas Turbine, Compressors and Pumps.
