As part of my degree, I conducted a 1-year paid industry placement assignment as a Junior Project Engineer @ Sony Professional Solutions Europe in Basingstoke, UK. The role provided a fantastic chance to work on 2 multi-million, European-based projects centred around the Media Backbone Conductor platform offered by Sony. Work consisted in transitioning equipment & transforming production workflows of TV broadcasters & digital content creation studios from legacy to digital, file-based solutions. Following graduation, I joined Vodafone Albania in October 2015 through Vodafone's Graduate Program. I was assigned to the National Network Planning and Optimization unit, in which I spent 2.5 hardening & rewarding years. The role trained me extensively on the technical aspect of planning & optimization of cellular service across different mobile technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE). The role also brought many insights on the compliance and governance aspects of the organization, as my responsibilities extended to liaise and co-ordinate activities with diverse engineering and business teams. In June 2018 I pivoted & joined the newly-founded Digital Team within the Consumer Business Unit in the vest of Agile Coach. The role provided a tremendous opportunity for further professional development while dynamically assessing market & technology shifts. Reporting directly to the CMO, I assisted reframing & upskilling of peers involved in DX initiatives through continuous training & application of Agile product development practices. Responsibilities included assisting planning & execution of the transformed consumer strategy, also contributing to unfolding strategic projects. Agile Knowledge Champion from July '18 until August '21 (supporting up to 700 FTEs). Joined CARDO AI in August 2021 as Product Delivery and Growth Lead, assisting ExCO consolidate both product portfolio & organizational design. Oversaw processes & execution as CARDO AI transitioned from a Start-Up to a Scale-Up (47 to 130 FTEs & 4 offices in 18 months). Since July 2023, I serve as the Strategic Partnerships and Outreach Lead. Since March 2024, I serve as the RevOps Lead.
