Rubina Haque is an Associate of Volunteer Engagement (VE) team at CRY - Child Rights and You, a leading non-profit organization that works for the rights of children in India. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, with a focus on human resources management and administration. In her current role, Rubina is responsible for recruiting, selecting, and managing volunteers and interns who support CRY's various projects and campaigns. She allocates work, provides guidance, and ensures that the volunteers and interns are aligned with the organization's vision and goals. She also monitors and evaluates their performance and impact, and facilitates feedback and recognition. Rubina is passionate about making a difference in the social sector and empowering others to do the same. She has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with children and diverse groups of people.
