About Ruby Adamowicz

Hi, I’m Ruby- a junior marketing major at the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, with a focus on sustainability, ethical branding, product development, and content marketing. I’ve spent the last six years in customer service roles, learning how to represent brands honestly and connect with people in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. I’ve worked on marketing teams at Baby Delight and Cengage Learning, where I ran social media campaigns, created content, and helped shape digital strategy. These experiences sharpened my creative and strategic skills, but now I’m especially interested in the areas of design, product branding and transparency, and developing products that meet real consumer needs while staying true to values. Currently, I’m seeking a Summer 2026 internship with a company that’s committed to sustainability and purpose-driven work. I care about details, learning fast, and doing work that reflects what a brand stands for, not just what it sells.
