About Ruby Basocak

Ruby is a registered psychologist with a Masters degree in professional psychology. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and a psychology board-approved supervisor. She is also a NDIS registered behaviour support practitioner. Ruby has expertise in the family violence and stalking field. She has worked with victim/survivors of intimate partner violence and ex-intimate stalking to support their recovery journeys, particularly when ongoing stalking has resulted in protracted legal system involvement. Ruby is manager of the Clinical Consulting Team (CCT) at Code Black Psychology, specialised in providing threat management, legal knowledge, psychological and social work services that address repeat harmful behaviours in workplaces, people’s homes and the wider community. As Code Black, our approach is working collaboratively with our clients by bringing our core values of confidence, curiosity, and integrity to every case. We make a difference for those who slip between the cracks of the service systems struggling to bend to their complexities and wishes.
