About Ruby Blunt

Ruby is a motivated student at the University of Vermont pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in accounting and marketing, a theme in sustainability, and a minor in sociology. She plans to obtain her CPA license following the completion of her undergraduate degree and Master of Accountancy. Highly skilled in time and task management, this semester Ruby is working for the UVM College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences as their business lead intern alongside her positions as an undergraduate research assistant, SG-FECC organizing committee member, GSB ambassador, per-diem receptionist, and full-time student. She is excited to build her skills in research, business processes, professionalism, and much more. Ruby's long-term professional goal is to creatively problem-solve with companies to produce impactful compliance solutions for changing industry sustainability standards. Her curiosity about how stories and numbers can influence people’s behavior drives her goal to positively contribute to organizations and the planet. Ruby has strong interests in sustainable business, accounting, consulting, project management, marketing, and more.
