Hello there! My name is Ruby and it is nice to meet you. I have over 4 years experience in customer service, predominately within an inbound call centre. This has equipped me with such skills as; communication, teamwork, and adaptability. In addition to conversations with customers, this role required me to also focus on data entry at the same, enabling me with the great skill of multitasking. I enjoy working in a fast pace environment where no two calls are the same. I am currently employed as a customer service consultant, working full time, 9-5pm, Monday to Friday. Due to this, I am currently seeing a second form of employment, outside of the hours listed above, specifically, 5-10pm, if possible. Commuting will be no issue to me as I have my own motor vehicle and driver’s license. I have a current police check and working with children’s check.
