Knowing my students: Students are unique and full of potential. I try to know them and understand their qualities. The real magic happens when I connect on a level with them that’s more than just lessons, grades and assignments. Humour is one way to bond with the students. Celebrating the Highs and Navigating the Lows: I have celebrated every step and guided through every stumble as it is a vital part of teaching and helps in building resilience and confidence in my students. Being attentive to individuals needs: By being attentive to individuals needs,I am able to respond to them accordingly and help them feel supported and understood. It’s about being a guide, mentor and a cheerleader all rolled into one.
