My career began at the bedside—as a nursing assistant and unit secretary—and evolved into roles that have supported strategic planning, compliance, and infrastructure development within nonprofit and FQHC-transitioning healthcare organizations. I bring a unique mix of clinical insight and business strategy, holding a Bachelor's in Human Biological Sciences and a Master’s in Business Administration. Over the past 3 years, I’ve worked closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to support operational growth, HR initiatives, and regulatory readiness. I’m currently focused on expanding my expertise in quality improvement and risk management, applying my skills in operational leadership and compliance to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
