I am a seasoned professional in the fields of travel management, sales, account management, and business development, with over a decade of experience. My expertise extends to CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce, ERP, as well as GDS like Amadeus, Abacus, and Galileo. Currently, I am employed by a prominent Tourism/Hospitality provider in Western Canada, where I primarily focus on engaging with the Travel Trade sector within the Asian market. I also have a background in the Tech/SaaS industry, where I served as an Account Manager. In this role, I successfully marketed and presented an Event Platform to corporations, enabling them to host virtual and hybrid conferences and events, particularly during and post-pandemic times. Furthermore, I gained valuable experience working for an MDM (Mobile Device Management) Software company, where I assumed the role of a Business Travel Specialist. In this capacity, I oversaw and managed travel operations across offices in both the LATAM and NA regions. My core responsibilities included establishing efficient global corporate travel procedures, sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers (including airlines and hotels) to secure exclusive corporate rates, and streamlining the overall global corporate travel process for all corporate travelers within the organization.
