About Ruby Lesure

Ruby LeSure is President and CEO of A1 Cherishing Hearts Home Care LLC. Her passion for care-giving started when she was a young girl. She dedicated her younger years caring for her mother who was diagnosed a type 1 diabetic as a child. Ruby gave her first insulin shot when she was only nine years old. Ruby's passion as a caregiver continued to grow. She took her first job volunteering services to her local senior community where she later became employed. Ruby's passion for the elderly landed her in the healthcare profession where she has worked for Cleveland Clinic Hospitals and University Hospitals. Her last position was in a Rehabilitation Center where Ruby watched Senior Citizens give up their homes, dogs, cats, and precious memorabilia, just for supervision. A lot of these individual's were alert and capable of doing a lot for themselves. Ruby cried many nights leaving work. She wanted to make a difference and knew it was time for a change. Ruby worked long days and hours on how she could grow a business that would cater to the needs of individual's who were at risk of losing their home due to minor health issues. Today Ruby has accomplished her goal and is proudly working on new goals to achieve to better serve her senior community.
