About Ruby Rhodes

Eventually we die. We spend more than 40 hours a week, roughly 49-50 weeks out of the year working. If we aren't prioritizing what that makes us feel alive and sharing our impact, all that time spent working really was just work. I want to design my career to matter, create impact for others and myself, and I want to give it my all. As someone who is enthusiastic about people, my goal is to help other build successful, challenging, and impactful careers helping others. So, that's what I do.Coming from a nonprofit background, the biggest thing I learned was that nonprofits help people manage resources. At Northwestern Mutual that is exactly what we do. My goal is to find driven, caring, and trustworthy leaders who love helping the Pee Dee area gain, manage and build on their most precious resources. Along with helping people build c careers that matter, I am an FMCSA compliance consultant to keep roads safer, and I teach yoga with my small business, CrissCross, LLC.
