Accenture Services Private Ltd (2007 to till date) 1. As a manager: Handling a team which works on Solution models maintenance and updates that handle’s costing models to drive RFP’s and RFI’s. I work with CIO Team of Accenture on new release for costing tool, involved in User Acceptance testing and sign off to release I production environment. • Worked in Accenture HR service for 5 years, leading Multiple clients. The process handled are compensation, Payroll, Performance Progression. • REPCOL Debt collection Agency (2004 to 2007)-Project Manager Worked as Collection officer in an Australian Based MNC which was involved in Debt collection for GE, recoveries and moved up the ladder as Project Manager handling Multiple Teams. Overall, I have 18+ experience in BPO Tower. I am Graduate in Business Management and completed Master of Business Administration on Dual specialization in HR and Finance.
