About Ruby Smartt

I am a Junior at the Tombras School of Advertising & Public Relations at the University of Tennessee, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Advertising along with a minor in Business Administration and another minor in Data Science. I have always had a strong sense of organizational skills, and being interpersonal and critical thinking is one of my most valuable strengths. Some of my business interests include working closely with others and building relationships among workplace employees. My leadership and educational experiences have allowed me to build close relationships with other leaders in my community, which has proven to be one of my most valuable experiences in undergraduate school thus far. These responsibilities, alongside my analytical nature, have prepared me to pursue a career in the advertising industry where I will work with others to pursue growth within my company or organization. My career goal after college is to begin working for a technology, social media, or software company that allows me to research and analyze data within the company to help develop and deliver excellent advertising strategies.
