As a biotechnology professional with a Master of Science from Northeastern University (Dec 2024), I am passionate about leveraging cutting-edge molecular and cellular technologies to drive innovation in therapeutic development. My expertise spans qPCR, flow cytometry, cell-based assays, and molecular imaging, with hands-on experience in cell therapy process development, gene delivery, and immuno-oncology research.Through my roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Co-op at Tessera Therapeutics, I gained extensive experience in RNA isolation and characterization, transfection optimization, high-throughput screening, and fluorophore panel development for immune cell characterization. I have also worked with primary and immortalized cell lines, optimizing viability assays, live-cell imaging, and recombinant DNA techniques to support preclinical studies.I am particularly drawn to research that bridges genetic medicine, immunology, and rare disease therapeutics.
