About Ruchi Jain

Worn and changed many hats while fulfilling various kinds of roles throughout my work tenure of 13 years. From teaching preschoolers to IT & HR governance, research and project management, vendor management, developing powerful presentations, freelancing in creative writing to data analysis, management & reporting. Each role has helped develop key soft and hard skills. Experience in NBFC, BFSI and telecom sector across domains (IT, Investor Relations, HR, KYC Operations). Working in data gives an opportunity to work in different domains. I enjoy the varied and holistic experience different industries & domains provide. I hope to continue pursuing challenging roles in future learning new skills and pursuing growth while evolving. An educational background in Science(Biology), helps and adds value to the analytical, research based, attention to detail & logical thinking required in data analytics, contributing to a short learning curve when picking up new skills. Being creatively inclined with some background in animation & designing helps in creating and designing impactful presentations. In my previous roles, I loved incorporating new opportunities, no matter how small, within the role, which helped me grow, learn new skills and gave me a sense of moving forward. Being stagnant makes me queasy and bored. I have had experience in freelance content writing, paintings, research-based work & presentations during my sabbatical.
