I’m a driven and adaptable professional with a background in Economics and experience across talent strategy, executive search, and resource management. I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where I can solve problems, build strong relationships, and help teams operate at their best. Currently, I work as a Resource Manager at Edelman, where I partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize staffing, align talent with business needs, and ensure teams are positioned to deliver high-impact work for clients for Creative, Design and Strategy resources. My role sits at the intersection of operations, people strategy, and project management, allowing me to balance organizational priorities with team development and performance. Prior to Edelman, I worked at True Search in the Financial Officers Practice, where I helped recruit and place Finance C-suite executives. During my time there, I contributed to executive searches and helped identify diverse leadership candidates for Financial Officer roles, reinforcing my commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership. Earlier in my career, I gained HR experience through an internship with CPL, where I supported the HR team and analyzed recruiting best practices to help improve hiring processes. I’m known for my strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and ability to build meaningful professional relationships.
