I am a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce having a strong background in business operations, finance, accounting, auditing and taxation. Currently working with Tata Motors Group for preparation of quarterly results and annual reports, along with the monthly closure of the consolidated numbers for GPM. Simultaneously implementing consolidation system to streamline financial preparation processes and enhance data availability for future comparative analysis. As a Senior Manager in Finance, I have experience to manage a team of finance professionals and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of the financial accounting, reporting, and controlling functions. I also have experience of liaising with the senior management and business units to provide financial insights, analysis, and guidance for decision making and planning. Some of my key achievements include streamlining the account reconciliation process, implementing automation and digitalization initiatives, and securing multiple funding rounds from investors. I have also developed expertise in financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Before Tata Motors I had approx. 7 years of e-commerce industry experience in finance, as a passionate leader I have overseen the financial operations and strategy at Bizongo, which has created a B2B platform for diversified business. Before Bizongo I have a fair experience of over 3 years in financial consulting services like audit and assurance, accounting & taxation matters I am always eager to learn new skills, embrace challenges, and collaborate with diverse and talented teams.
