Over 20 years of bringing impeccable organizational and inter-personal skills to planning, management, communications, marketing and systems integration. I specialize in inter-disciplinary environmental (water and energy) and regional planning initiatives. I have thrived in roles within and especially between public, private, academic, and non-profit sector environments: facilitating public-private partnerships at local and national scales, leading portions of $100m+ bids and programs, and conducting research and reporting to reveal actionable goals and craft implementation strategies. Highlights of my experience:* Supported a range of utilities and public sector stakeholders on a variety of quantitative and policy-related analyses, reports, communications, and implementation activities.* Researched, wrote, and helped implement environmental natural resource use strategies, including risk, resilience, sustainability, procurement, and climate action plans.* Developed triple-bottom line cost-benefit analyses, including capital and ongoing maintenance costs over projected asset and service lifespans. Designed complementary decision-making tools interactive use with stakeholders.* Served as Implementation and Training Lead for Alaska’s new data warehouse and financial reporting system.* Managed resources for daily use by over 250 team members and sub-contractors as Project Management Officer for the technology implementation of “Obamacare” in Massachusetts.* Edited Harvard Business School case studies and authored books and articles on topics ranging from the legal history of macroengineering to semi-urban water systems to disaster resilience strategies for major U.S. transportation corridors.
