About Rucsandra Mitrea

Hi, I’m Rucsandra! A Body and Mind Educator and author teaching women mastery of their bodies, movement, and breath to unlock their capacity for transformation and vitality at any age. I believe everyone has the innate capacity to heal when they transcend the physical, mental, and emotional blocks that create suffering. From a very early age, I had a strong feeling that mind and body are not separate and that emotional health is a key component in any healing process. In my own healing journey, I had firsthand experience of the potent interconnection between body, mind, and emotions. As a child, I suffered from multiple sprains to my ankles and knees and was regularly missing out on activities that other kids my age were able to enjoy. The constant discomfort gave me awareness and sparked the hunger to learn everything I could about the human body and how to heal it — for myself and the people around me. I started taking aerobics classes in university to learn how to connect with my body and feel more at home in my own skin, and I became an instructor. And then. disaster struck! At the age of 29, I herniated a disc in my lower back and was unable to move. None of the healthcare professionals I worked with were able to help me. I decided to undertake the formidable task of healing myself. I fully believed that if I listened to my body and understood its signals, I could start adjusting my thoughts, emotions, movements, and breath, and I would heal. It worked! And I was stronger than ever in body and mind. My healing journey strengthened my resolve to relieve suffering and elevate the lives of others. Committed to helping people transcend physical discomfort, I studied and integrated multiple exercise modalities, somatherapy, and osteopathic techniques into my practice. In 2002, I opened my own studio with a vision to create a safe and sacred space where people would find guidance and support on the powerful journey of healing their bodies. My commitment to my clients led me to expand my research into the power of the subconscious mind and its vital role in healing. I incorporated concepts of subconscious healing modalities into my work. The safe and sacred center I built more than two decades ago evolved into a virtual space that is now more potent than ever. I’ve helped thousands of people transform their lives through the methods I have developed over the years. My heart is filled with love for every single one of them. And I am also here to love and support you on your journey!
