i'm work in manufacturing almost 10 years-i have experience lead team to make and control schedulling production-improvement kaizen lean process in paint process, and solve high variance process in pressing process -optimize process step, man power optimize man to machine-make lean process in production until warehouse with analyze rccp, vsm, evsm, asembly chronolgy differentiotion process, balancing providng material flow, methodolgy build line, monitoring and control-lead project in production line to combination process to optimized man power, increase capacity, reduce variance issue, optimized space -lead project in warehouse to make lean process, minimized variance issue mix material, reduce cost high inventory, optimized man power in wh with process safely with warehouse architecture design methodology -lead operation warehouse to get optimum result after project warehouse -lead production team to know detail issue and how to solve and close issue (request material, arrangement change series, guide leader and captain production to solve issue)-lead team to control material changing from push system to pull system, as well as control spec of packaging material -lead team to implement lean process with agv to bring fg from production to shipping - work with quality with pfmea to reduce variance issue in assembly process screwing, greasing, assembly, soldering robot, tester, and packaging process -perform to Schneider Performance System to guide all activity in manufacturing to get high performance (Material Providing and Handling, VSM, ROBUSTNESS, Work Instruction, Standard Time, Ergonomis, Warehouse Arhitecture, SMED and TPM, Line Architecture Design Methodology, Replenishment and KANBAN SYTEM, 5S, KAIZEN, Supply Chain Management)
