How? I perform data analysis on markets, customers and products so I can provide insights on how to operate more profitably and improve customer satisfaction. I use various tools as necessary (R, Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python) I have several years of experience in the tech sector with roles ranging from the strategic planning and execution of IT projects to new product research and evaluation. I'm an early adopter and my adaptability plus an eagerness to learn new material have been great assets in the fast-paced world of IT. I am a highly effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and love to simplify complex technical concepts to convey them in layman's terms to diverse non-technical audiences. Outside of my technical life, I have a passion for the performing arts. I'm a former member of Art In Motion, a Latin Dance troupe in Philadelphia under the direction of Darlin Garcia, the 2013 World Latin Dance Cup Bachata Champion. I was a member of the Pro team as well as an Introductory Salsa class instructor. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine.
