Background

About Rudolph Powell

I am an enthusiastic and dedicated Electrical Commissioning Engineer with a strong passion for the work I do and a deep commitment to excellence in the electrical field. My hands-on experience with power systems, system testing, and commissioning processes allows me to bring real value to every project I’m part of. One of my most meaningful career accomplishments has been motivating and training others—watching a team grow in confidence and skill has been just as rewarding as completing the technical milestones. I believe in leading by example, fostering collaboration, and always staying focused on safety, quality, and performance. Core Strengths: • Electrical system commissioning (LV/MV/HV) • Energization support and testing • Team leadership and mentoring • Safety protocols (LOTO, NFPA 70E, OSHA) • Technical problem solving and documentation Whether I’m troubleshooting complex electrical systems or helping a team hit their next goal, I bring energy, professionalism, and reliability to every task. I’m always looking to grow, learn, and contribute to impactful work.
