About Rudy Kraus

Previously Rudy Kraus was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Validus DC Systems, which was acquired by ABB, a company that manufactures a patented DC power distribution system for data centers, designed to exponentially increase reliability, efficiency and decrease installed cost for high power density commercial and industrial data centers. Rudy has also founded and operated several other companies including Onyx CCS, Equipment Pipeline, Harmonics Limited, Mission Critical Services and Encore Power and Environmental that delivers disruptive technologies and service related value propositions to mission-critical clients. Throughout his career, Mr. Kraus has worked closely with fortune 500 companies on solution based engineering, finance, furnish, install, operate and service of new and existing critical solutions to reduce cost and energy efficiency profile, enhance longevity and availability of critical business systems. Mr. Kraus holds multiple patents, electrical, mechanical and pending IT applications both inside and outside of the USA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bridgeport, maintains an electrical license, multiple commercial pilot licenses and is retired from United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Naval Aviator, test pilot and Logistics division head.
