As a Global Regulatory Affairs Leader at Bayer Crop Science, I leverage my expertise of the global regulatory landscape to lead a team of Global Regulatory Affairs Managers who drive the development of new plant protection active substances. In my current role, I oversee a team of Global Regulatory Managers responsible for the global regulatory strategy and registration of new plant protection products, ensuring compliance with the relevant laws and regulations in different regions and markets. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as research and development, marketing, business development, advocacy and regulatory authorities, to facilitate the approval and launch of new products and solutions. I use my strong scientific background and skills in regulatory affairs, life sciences, and project management to deliver high-quality results and value for the company and its customers.
