About Ruhi Barde

I am a Special Education teacher and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over 7 years of experience supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. My professional background combines classroom-based behavioral support with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention, allowing me to implement data-driven strategies that improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behavior.I currently work as an Interrelated Resource Life Science teacher while gaining clinical experience as an RBT. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze behavioral data, and support skill acquisition across academic and home settings.I am currently pursuing my Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, with anticipated completion in December 2026. My long-term goal is to expand my impact by using evidence-based behavioral practices to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across educational and clinical settings.
