Internationally mobile. I am a results-driven Global Account Manager in Supply Chain & Logistics with extensive international experience. I have lived and worked in China, Italy, Germany, and Singapore. My commercial competencies are underpinned with strong analytical & structured thinking skills gained from Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy and an international MBA degree. I build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders in complex multi-dimensional corporate structures to develop profitable businesses. Internally, I manage a virtual team spreading out in 20+ geographies and in multiple business divisions and I establish senior management sponsorship for my customers. Externally, I manage 2 conglomerate accounts with revenue portfolio of EUR 190 million a year. In 2 years, I have increased revenue by 7% CAGR & improved customer satisfaction by 11%.
