With 4+ years of experience in the life insurance industry, I specialize in driving agency distribution transformation and productivity acceleration across India’s insurance landscape. Currently a Senior Business Consultant at EY, I work at the intersection of strategy and execution — designing scalable operating models that strengthen supervisory effectiveness and deliver sustainable growth, with prior frontline strategy experience at Tata AIA Life Insurance. At EY, I lead and support transformation mandates for life insurers aimed at unlocking sustainable growth in agency distribution. As a Senior Business Consultant, I architected a quality-gated FLS hiring framework integrating natural market assessment and productivity-linked selection filters to improve early activation and persistency. I also conceptualised and operationalised the Virtual Development Manager (VDM) construct, designing KPIs, workflows, and governance cadence to accelerate productivity ramp-up. In addition, I built structured PMS frameworks integrating early-warning productivity indicators and persistency risk flags to enable proactive performance interventions.Earlier at EY, I drove performance improvement initiatives for mid-tier agency branches through mindset reorientation, incentive restructuring, and structured talent development. I designed supervisory optimisation strategies to enhance Branch Manager effectiveness and improve agent/FLS productivity.
