About Rumana Khan

I’m a bilingual project administration and cost management professional with a passion for bringing clarity, structure, and efficiency to complex construction and infrastructure projects. Over the past several years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across construction, finance, education, and insurance sectors, which has shaped my adaptability and sharpened my ability to connect with diverse teams — in both English and French. Whether it’s supporting billion-dollar projects like the Trans Mountain Expansion, streamlining financial tracking processes, or improving vendor relations and project coordination, I’m committed to delivering results that drive both operational success and team collaboration. With advanced Procore certification, a background in construction accounting, and a genuine belief in the power of clear communication, I aim to make every project smoother, more efficient, and more human.
