Hello! Welcome to my profile In this space you will get to explore and experience a bit of my energy and my creativity, my skills and professional journey. At this stage in my career, I consider myself as an expert generalist. My motivation is constant learning, a perennial learner at heart. I love a good challenge, and a challenge for me is that which not only pushes me beyond my learned skills and experience, but also and more importantly to understand and learn more about others challenges, skills and their lived experiences. Coaching has been a big cornerstone of my life in the last few years, whether I am being coached or I am learning to become a coach. This journey has been transformational. I would love to work with a start up to build a team from the very foundation and to explore the skills and the ambition of each individual and be an enabler of growth for the individuals and the company. Over more than a decade of working in the professional industry I have learned to adapt to the situation, the location, the project, the goals and KPIs and the priorities of the business. I would now, love to lead the change. The change being, to look at the synergy of business and life of individuals from a holistic growth perspective. To not separate business from people and people from business. I love and respect efficiency, I hold high standards for myself and work to achieve them, and I hold admiration for people who are invested in their holistic growth and a life of purpose and meaning.
