I have recently acquired an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies and have developed strong skills in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and using legal software. In my experiences working in fast food and at UW Hospital & Clinics, I honed my time management, relationship building, and teamwork skills. Additionally, working with customers has helped me develop a strong attention to people's wants and needs. I thrive under pressure and am able to work efficiently and effectively to meet tight deadlines. My work ethic is rooted in positivity and I believe that this reflects in the quality of my work.Currently, I work as a licensed Pharmacy Technician at UW Hospital & Clinics and have been employed there for more than 2 years. In this job, I work under the supervision of Pharmacists. I dispense drugs as well as deliver them all throughout the hospital. These drugs can range from hazardous to narcotics. All drugs that are dispensed by me and other Pharmacy Technicians are checked by a Pharmacist before being administered to a patient by a nurse.Although I work in a field I do not plan to stay in as a career, my goal is to attend UW Milwaukee and earn a Bachelor Degree in History and then move on to attend law school to become an attorney.
