I have worked with DNB since 1986. I was 18 years in branch offices Retail Market working with savings and investments, mortgage, and customer service. Since 2004 I have been in the CRM department, working with Eventbased Marketing, CRM systems for customer contact and Teradata/ CRM system, CIM. In 2013-2014 I was in a project connected to Microsoft Dynamics Salesprosess. I have worked close together with IT BI CRM, dealing with CRM Valuechain for 10 years and have been part of the projectgroup connected to three upgrades of our Teradata CIM application. Last three years I have been responsible for delivering a solution and serving Corporate branchoffices with a solution for handling prospects. My focus is to communicate with the customer at the right time, through the right channel with the right and relevant content/message- right both for customer and bank.
