With a lot of passion to thrive professionally and with strength to accept challenges, currently I am working as Manager- Legal and Compliance with more than 7 years of professional experience. Hands-on experience in conducting statutory compliance audit for Fortune 500 companies, MNCs, PSUs and their contractors. As Company’s Legal Representative, I respond to legal notices and have conducted third party due diligence and investigations. I have experience in agreement negotiations, drafting, vetting, executing and finalising & implementing policies & SOPs. I am a legal researcher for regulatory updates. Licensing and government liaison has been a part of my job. I have experience in handling labour inspections and notices from various authorities. My dynamic role allows me to have client communications & cross functional collaborations. I conduct POSH, ease of compliance and ethics trainings. I’ve supervised a small team of 5-6 professionals and lead the legal and compliance activities of the organisation. From working for MNCs, PSUs and Fortune 500 companies to working with a startup, my knowledge expands to IP, CS and ABC-AML compliance, too. Positivity is the main ingredient in my life.
