I’m a product management leader passionate about shaping next-generation digital platforms for insurers. At Sapiens, I lead the global product management team for IDIT Suite — driving product strategy, market alignment, and innovation across geographies including India, APAC, the UK, Europe, and MEA. With 18 years in the insurance domain, I’ve worked across product management, presales, and delivery, giving me a 360° view of how technology, process, and people come together to create business value. My focus is on designing scalable ecosystems that accelerate insurers’ digital transformation while improving operational efficiency and customer experience. In recent years, I’ve also explored applications of AI, mobile technology, and real-time data intelligence to build products that connect the physical and digital worlds. This hands-on experience with modern tech stacks has strengthened my belief that innovation must be both practical and measurable — not innovation for its own sake, but for outcomes that improve safety, productivity, and user engagement. Curious by nature and structured by habit, I enjoy translating complexity into clarity — whether in defining a product vision, refining team processes, or experimenting with emerging technologies that can shape the future of insurance.
