About Rupali Sharma

I am Rupali Sharma, a Counselling psychologist and a certified psychotherapist. I work with children, adolescents and young adults between the ages of 10-30 years. I was born and raised in Jaipur, Raj, where I became interested in human behaviour and the complexities of our mind. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology with honours and went on to earn my Master's degree in Psychology. I have also worked with prestigious psychiatrists and clinical psychologists and at hospitals and clinics and have honed my skills in various therapeutic techniques. Throughout my learning, I have specialised in working with behavioural and emotional difficulties. I take an eclectic approach and utilise variety of therapeutic approaches, including psychotherapies like Cognitive therapy, mindfulness based therapy, art therapy along with trauma-informed approach. I believe no individual is broken or scarred but just moulded in their own ways and am a firm believer and practitioner of Acceptance therapy. I attempt to support my clients in overcoming anxiety issues, depressive states, unravelling trauma, modifying their unhealthy tendencies and patterns of behaviour and other roadblocks they encounter in day to day lives, I facilitate healthy living by developing self-awareness, building resilience, creating meaningful change and provide them with resources to assist their own selves in future. Outside of my work as a therapist, I am an avid reader and yoga and meditation practitioner. I believe in the importance of self-care and holistic well-being. I understand that everyone’s life is complex and unique and I make an effort to tailor each session to fit the client’s needs. I am compassionate and competent and try to foster a safe and supportive environment for my clients to thrive. I am dedicated to facilitate authentic, secure and healthier lifestyles through therapy and psychoeducation.
