Hi I’m Rupali a Recruitment Consultant with experience in talent acquisition hiring processes and recruitment strategy development. Currently at Perito Staffing Services LLP I focus on identifying top talent improving recruitment processes and ensuring the right people contribute to organizational success. My journey in HR started with an internship at Evepaper where I gained hands-on experience in recruitment onboarding and candidate coordination. Later at MyGate I worked on CRM tools customer data management and retention strategies. I also worked as a Marketing Intern at Youth India Foundation where I developed skills in branding outreach and campaign management. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Asian School of Business Noida where I also served as Secretary of the Research and Development Cell.
