I am a highly passionate, thorough, and tireless professional with over 17 years of experience in Client Servicing, Operations Management and Database Management, Process Management, Demand Generation (Event Management), and Pricing and Sales. I’ve always been a great problem solver achieving extraordinary results and performing great work with my previous employers. I have hands-on experience in handling various operations, Marketing & Sales, Call Centre, Accounting, Back Office, and on Ground activities. During my course of experience, I have honed my skills in handling Databases on CRM and Microsoft Excel and maintaining business relationships with clients to achieve quality product & service norms by resolving their service-related critical issues. In addition to my professional experience, I have been defining service standards and guidelines that serve as a benchmark for excellent service delivery; setting up targets, SOP & SLA, and maintaining CTQ (Critical to Quality) targets. My overall skills lie in handling back-end operations inclusive of implementing short/long term plans; managing teams with a focus on excelling business targets & service delivery metrics.
