My career has developed a wide spectrum of transferable skills to support delivery of various roles, including analytical, research and insight, innovation, project management, and product/service development. Some of my career highlights include- Successfully built and established a fully functional Insight team within Cranfield University to manage c.50 projects per year, realising significant savings - Achieved at least 20% savings by preventing poor resource allocation - Mitigated risk of setting fees at inappropriate level, driving significant savings (eg. 1%= £0.5m change in revenue)- Successfully launched a Decliner’s Feedback Mechanism, saving c.£25k in unnecessary direct processing costs - Introduced deep data mining and preparation to Cranfield University to enable evidence-based decisions - Transitioned from market research to market insight functionality for The OU I am well versed in working with multiple internal/external stakeholders, determining strategic initiatives, and driving requirements to ensure effective change and transformation, ensuring minimisation of risk and realisation of cost efficiencies.
