Background

About Rupesh Dwivedi

With over 20 years of rich experience in the Indian banking industry, I specialize in retail asset products (secured & unsecured) and bring deep expertise in product structuring, regulatory compliance, customer lifecycle management, and industry best practices. My strength lies in connecting the dots between business strategy, process excellence, and technology. I have led large-scale process improvements, training programs, and have been a key enabler in application change management and integration projects. Over time, I’ve evolved into a cross-functional contributor who understands both the nuts and bolts of lending operations and the language of digital transformation. Having managed change initiatives, mapped system requirements, and driven compliance in complex environments, I now look forward to roles that combine domain depth, digital innovation, and strategic impact—whether in fintech, digital banking, consulting, or transformation-led functions.
