ʟɪᴇ ɪ ᴀʟʟ ᴀʙᴏᴜᴛ ɪɴᴅɪɴɢ ᴛʜᴇ ᴜɴᴋɴᴏᴡɴ ᴡɪᴛʜ ɪɴɴᴏᴠᴀᴛɪᴏɴ! And for me, it has been all about embracing the unknown and exploring the possibilities that lie beyond the horizon. My adventure began in 2013 when I started my post-graduation studies and discovered my passion for education. Being an Educator: With the urge of sharing my knowledge about MATLAB and Simulink, I quickly realized that collaboration was the key to unlocking the full potential. Collaboration with engineering colleges and industry professionals gave me an opportunity to elevate my skills as an educator. In the span of 3 years, I have trained more than 450 students and conducted over 10 faculty development programs. I mastered the art of teamwork, bringing together bright young minds from different backgrounds and disciplines to create a dynamic learning environment that fostered growth and creativity. Being an Entrepreneur: My thirst for innovation couldn't be contained within the classroom. This journey took a twist and we started our first startup, a Think Tank that specialized in turning groundbreaking concepts and ideas into reality. In these 3 years, I tried implementing the Design Thinking Philosophy. We evolved as a group of thinkers and ideators. Being a Product Ideator: As the funding for our mobile app idea began to roll in, we saw our vision come true. To establish an ideation park to experiment, evolve and nurture multi-disciplinary ideas. With the funding on the edge, we walked this journey for over 2 years. This experience helped me to understand the exact blend of technological advantage and customer adaption cycle. Being an Industry Professional: The skills of MATLAB-Simulink, the ability to guide freshers and the experience of blending technological products with customer adaption helped me to be a part of Tata Motors. The EV boom was about to start in 2018 when I joined the company. The rigorous efforts of more than 100 engineers, helped Tata Motors to take a lead in the EV revolution of India. We designed our own ASW and implemented complex control logics for AC/DC charging, drivability, thermal management and so on. This journey of ups and downs made me who I am today. Connecting the interdisciplinary concept with the design thinking approach makes me The Unique Humanoid and the Techpreneur.
