I also play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and driving employee engagement and retention initiatives. In my previous roles, I have successfully managed payroll for companies with up to 1,500 employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing, handling employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. I also coordinated statutory filings, including PF, ESIC, PT, and more, while conducting regular audits to ensure compliance for both clients and vendors.
