I have always been captivated by the art of transforming ideas into tangible products. My journey as a mechanical engineer has been fueled by a passion for design innovation and rapid prototyping. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with talented teams at companies like Sigma Engineered Solutions and HCL Technologies. Each experience has taught me the importance of collaboration whether it’s brainstorming solutions or fine-tuning designs based on client feedback. At Sigma Engineered Solutions, I’ve taken on challenges that pushed my creative boundaries. One project involved leading a team to develop a prototype that reduced production time by 30%. It was exhilarating to see our collective efforts come together so efficiently! Prior to this role, I honed my skills at HCL Technologies where I contributed to several successful product launches while implementing agile methodologies that improved our workflow significantly. My technical toolkit includes SolidWorks, Creo, and NX for CAD and 3D modeling tools that I enjoy using to bring concepts to life. I also have experience with DFMEA which helps ensure our designs are not only innovative but also reliable. My background spans various roles from Associate Design Engineer to Senior Design Engineer across different companies where I've learned how crucial effective communication is in cross-functional teams. Outside of work, I’m always looking for ways to expand my knowledge and skills. Whether it’s attending workshops or engaging with fellow engineers online, I believe continuous learning is key in this fast-evolving field.
