Hi, I’m a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience helping organizations streamline their financial operations and drive strategic growth. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with industry leaders like CESC Ltd, Adani Group, and JSW Steel, gaining hands-on expertise in financial reporting, audits, budgeting, taxation, and ERP systems like SAP and Oracle. Currently, I’m the Deputy Manager of Accounts & Finance at CESC Ltd, where I lead a fantastic team managing billing, collections, compliance, and financial reporting for over 2.5 lakh consumers. I’ve also had the opportunity to serve as CFO for Bikaner DF, where I introduced tools and strategies that enhanced efficiency and team collaboration. My work often involves tackling complex financial challenges—whether it’s managing turnovers of 7,200+ Cr, implementing cash flow improvements, or ensuring compliance with global standards like IAS and IFRS. I’m passionate about using technology to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and achieve better results. But it’s not all about numbers.
