My responsibilities include managing outbound and inbound operations, inventory management, and RTO department. I am also responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed within 24 hours without any breach, adhering to manpower to follow 100% packing SOP, and maintaining daily trackers to track fungibility and performance.In my previous roles, I have demonstrated my ability to manage and optimize supply chain operations by implementing best practices and streamlining processes. I have experience in using WMS 3.0, and I have also developed expertise in conducting physical QC, maintaining inventory, and performing stock audits to avoid any variances in physical and system inventory.Apart from my technical skills, I possess excellent communication and leadership abilities, which have helped me to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and achieve organizational goals.
