As an Asset Protection Detective at Hudson's Bay, I leverage my extensive security experience and my diploma in computer sciences from Fleming College to identify and mitigate theft risks, conduct investigations, and collaborate with law enforcement. With a sharp eye for detail, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a keen ability to adapt to various situations, I have successfully prevented and resolved multiple incidents of internal and external theft, resulting in significant savings for the company. I have also applied my video surveillance skills, which I developed during my bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Punjab Technical University, to enhance the security systems and processes. My communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, which I have honed throughout my diverse and dynamic career journey of over five years of customer service, three years of security officer, and two years of field supervisor at Black Bird Security, enable me to deliver outstanding service and ensure the safety of people and property.
